At SeaSnoke (a product of Zalthar LLP), we want you to be completely satisfied with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations.
1. Subscription Services
Our services are offered on a subscription basis (monthly or annual). By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing until you cancel your subscription.
2. Free Trial Period
We offer a free trial period for our services where applicable. During this period:
- You can explore all features at no cost
- No payment information is charged during the trial
- Your subscription will begin at the end of the trial if not cancelled
We encourage you to thoroughly evaluate our services during the trial period before committing to a paid subscription.
3. Refund Eligibility
Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly subscriptions:
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal
- Refunds are issued for the current billing cycle only
- Partial refunds are not available for unused portions of the month
Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscriptions:
- Full refund requests must be made within 14 days of the initial purchase
- After 14 days, refunds are provided on a pro-rata basis for the remaining months
- A 10% administrative fee may apply to pro-rata refunds
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Services that have been substantially used during the refund period
- Subscriptions cancelled after the refund eligibility period
- Account terminations due to violations of our Terms & Conditions
- Promotional or discounted subscriptions (unless otherwise stated)
- Add-ons or one-time purchases (unless defective)
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at billing@zalthar.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your registered email address and account details
- Provide the date of purchase and payment method used
- Briefly explain the reason for your refund request
We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
6. Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are processed as follows:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated
7. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Log in to your account and navigate to subscription settings
- Or email us at billing@zalthar.com
Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
- Access to premium features will be revoked at the end of the billing period
- Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation
8. Service Issues and Credits
If you experience significant service issues:

- We may offer service credits for extended outages (exceeding 24 hours)
- Credits are applied to future billing cycles and are non-transferable
9. Disputes
If you dispute a charge with your payment provider before contacting us:
- Your account may be suspended pending resolution
- We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any billing concerns
